Assunta Galasso

Assunta Galasso is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Leonardo, where they ensure the development of human resources across the group by defining performance evaluation systems and succession plans. With 27 years of experience, Assunta previously held leadership roles in training and development at SELEX SISTEMI INTEGRATI and other divisions of Leonardo. Assunta has collaborated on international training programs and has been responsible for managing training budgets and performance management processes. Assunta holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'L'Orientale'.
