Bailey Raven is currently a Systems Engineering Summer Intern at Leonardo, having started in June 2025. Previously, Bailey gained valuable experience as a Pick 'n' Pack worker at SHO from May to August 2021, where skills in accuracy and efficiency under pressure were developed. During the apprenticeship as a Civil Engineer at Anglian Water Services from September 2021 to June 2022, Bailey contributed to major infrastructure upgrades by participating in five projects across two teams focused on road improvements in the east of England. Bailey is pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at The University of Sheffield, expected to complete in 2026, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University in 2022. Educational background includes GCSEs and A-Levels from Spalding Grammar School, completed in 2021.
