Ben Waring

Ben Waring is a People Business Partner at Leonardo Cyber & Security, where they are passionate about creating impactful HR solutions. Previously, Ben served as an HR and Resourcing Advisor at Leonardo from 2021 to 2023, providing recruitment support to the Cyber Security division. With a background in various roles at Signet, including Assistant Store Manager, and experience as a National Candidate Resourcer at BMS Performance, Ben has developed strong expertise in recruitment and candidate engagement. Ben also worked as a Resource Advisor at Turner & Townsend from 2019 to 2021, where they facilitated recruitment across multiple disciplines within major projects. Ben completed their education at Bradley Stoke Community School from 2008 to 2015.
