Chris Axcell is a seasoned leader in the Electronics & Defence industry with a background in Engineering. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Integrated Sensing & Protection at Leonardo since 2023, Chris previously held various roles at Leonardo, including Programme Manager and VP of Surveillance & Protection Technologies. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, Chris has also worked in senior engineering and management positions at Selex ES and Marconi Electronic Systems. Chris is responsible for overseeing a P&L of approximately £100 million, delivering advanced protection systems to both domestic and global customers.
