Ciro Baia has a solid background in aerospace engineering and systems engineering, having worked at Leonardo in various capacities, including Junior System Engineer, AW139 System Engineer, and Airframe Systems Engineer from January 2019 to January 2021, and currently serving as Chief Project for the AW169 Environmental Control System since January 2023.
