Cosimo D'Auria

Cosimo D'Auria is an experienced professional in the aerospace and IT sectors, currently serving as Plant Quality Manager and Head of Production Engineering at Leonardo since June 2007. In this role, Cosimo leads a large engineering team to enhance the Cameri Plant's performance in alignment with the JSF/F35 Program's quality and cost objectives. Prior to this, Cosimo contributed as an Industrial Engineer to the JSF/F35 Program’s start-up, collaborating with Lockheed Martin on the design and installation of production lines. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Alenia Aermacchi, focusing on the manufacture and testing of electro-avionics systems, and as a Project Manager at CSI-Piemonte, managing ICT projects for Piedmont’s Public Administration. Cosimo holds a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and Electronics from Università degli Studi di Salerno and is a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
