Daniel Collins

Daniel Collins is a highly experienced Principal Systems Engineer at Leonardo, with a tenure starting in January 2015. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Field Engineer at Orbit Communication Systems Ltd from August 2009 to December 2014, and as a Systems Engineering Technician in the Territorial Army from May 2004 to June 2011. Daniel's early career included work as an Electrical Engineering Technician at STFC from September 2002 to September 2007. Educational achievements include an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and Testing from STFC Daresbury Laboratory, an HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Warrington Collegiate, an ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Mid-Cheshire College, and an NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Operations from NWTC Bootle. Daniel completed secondary education at The Heath Comprehensive, Runcorn, from 1997 to 2002.
