Daniel Simms

Daniel Simms is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Project Manager in the Cyber-Security Division at Leonardo since January 2023. Previously, Daniel spent a decade in the British Army, where roles included Networks Engineer, responsible for managing over 20 staff and handling various operational aspects, and multiple positions as a Communication Systems Operator, focusing on video teleconferencing and Bowman Kit management. Early career experiences included working as a Supermarket Assistant at Tesco and a Crew Member at Roadchef. Daniel holds an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Information Technology and Communication from the Army Education Center and completed education at Caldicot School.
