David Billingham

David Billingham is the Vice President of the Radar and Advanced Targeting Global Combat Air Programme at Leonardo Electronics, a position held since 2022. They previously served as Program Manager and Chief of Staff at Leonardo, showcasing extensive experience across various engineering projects. David began their career with a placement at Airbus Military, where they implemented a requirements capture tool for the A400M, and later worked as a Project Manager at Selex Galileo and Technology Project Manager at Safran. David holds a BSc in Aerospace Technology with Management from the University of Hertfordshire and is qualified in project management and safety.
