Davide Ferrari

Davide Ferrari is a front line manager and the Head of Production Planning at the Vergiate Site for the Helicopter Division at Leonardo. Leading a team of 12, they oversee production and capacity planning activities for the helicopter assembly line, with a focus on continuous improvement in KPIs and decision support tools. Previously, Davide held roles in production planning at various organizations, including a managerial position at Swatch Group and a position as a research fellow at Politecnico di Milano. Davide holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Practices from Università di Pisa and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
