Dean Fortt

Dean Fortt is the Head of HR for Leonardo's Cyber Division, where they leverage over seven years of experience in HR leadership to help companies thrive through engaged and motivated workforces. Previously, they scaled an organization from under 200 to over 350 employees within two years and took a line of business from the lowest to the highest employee engagement scores over three years. Fortt's background includes roles at Leonardo as an HR Officer, HR Business Partner, and Head of HR for Land & Naval, as well as HR Performance and Improvement at Airbus. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with Human Resource Management from the University of Bath and an advanced diploma in HR from ICS Learn.
