Ethan Rae is a Senior Electronics Engineer at Leonardo, where they have been since 2019. Currently in their third year of a four-year apprenticeship program, Ethan is completing rotational placements while studying for a BEng Hons in Engineering: Design & Manufacture at the University of Strathclyde. They have served as the chair of the Apprentice Governance Group, a member of the Cross-site forum, and a representative for the JCC Early Careers Constituency, in addition to being a STEM ambassador and an Arkwright Mentor. Previously, Ethan held the position of Arkwright Mentor from 2021 to 2023.
