Fabio Barsotti

Fabio Barsotti is the Manufacturing and Program Management Optimization Director at Leonardo. Fabio has over 10 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing engineering, and budgeting and planning. Fabio was previously the Operations Director in Magneti Marelli Powertrain, where they were responsible for leading performances of plants in terms of P&L, safety, quality performances, stocks, trading cash flow, and WCM score. Fabio has also worked as a Component Shop Manager at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA. In their current role, they are responsible for optimizing manufacturing and program management across Leonardo's businesses.

Fabio Barsotti has a degree in mechanical engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and is certified as a WCM Senior Auditor from the WCM Association.

Fabio Barsotti reports to Alessandro Profumo, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Pasquale Di Bartolomeo - Chief Commercial Officer, Giancarlo Schisano - Managing Director of the Aerostructures Division, and Giacinto Carullo - Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer.
