Federico Brachetti

Federico Brachetti is currently a Program Manager in the Aircraft Division at Leonardo, where they manage complex aerospace and defense projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project objectives are met. Federico's international experience, including time spent in Europe and the Arabian Peninsula, has enhanced their negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities. They hold a Master's degree in Management Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from Politecnico di Torino, where they developed a strong methodological foundation and analytical mindset. Prior to their current role, Federico worked as a Project Engineer at Microchannel Devices and completed internships that contributed to their skill set in software integration and engineering.
