Francesca Ierardo

Francesca Ierardo is currently the Head of Engineering Planning Investments LCM & Monitoring at Leonardo S.p.A., where they manage a team and oversee planning, monitoring, and project management within the Engineering department. They began their career over 18 years ago at Alenia Aeronautica, progressively taking on increased responsibilities in the Design and Configuration department, ultimately serving as the Focal Point for multiple business programs. Francesca has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills in complex projects, advanced management procedures, and strategic thinking, aiming to significantly contribute to operational efficiency and innovation within the aerospace sector. They continue their education in Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
