George Stretton

George Stretton is an experienced Lead Hardware Engineer at Leonardo since October 2014, specializing in electronic hardware design for defence and aerospace applications, including EW systems, power conversion, RF digital transceivers, processors, SBCs, and FPGA solutions. Previously, George worked at Imagination Technologies from February 2012 to October 2014 as a Principal and Senior Hardware Engineer, focusing on hardware design for digital radios, wireless audio speakers, and connected home products. Earlier roles at Pace from September 2006 to February 2012 included Senior Hardware Engineer, contributing to hardware development and verification for the set-top box and digital TV industry. George holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Reading and has completed an MEng in Engineering, along with a project management degree from The Open University.
