Gil May

Gil May is currently the Head of Offset and International Collaboration at Leonardo, where they lead compliance and procurement initiatives while managing a diverse, cross-functional team. They have extensive experience in the field, having previously worked as a Compliance Consultant and held positions at Cobham, where they enhanced compliance programs and managed risk across multiple jurisdictions. Gil began their career in a graduate scheme at BAE Systems and later served as an Industrial Participation/Offset Manager at AgustaWestland/Finmeccania Helicopters, successfully negotiating significant contracts with governmental entities. They earned a BA in Economics and Business from The University of Manchester.
