James Griffin is a Senior Design Engineer at Leonardo Helicopters, where they support the AW189 aircraft’s structures design since January 2025. Previously, they held positions at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, including Senior Design Engineer and Product Engineer, where they focused on high-performance sealing devices and guided product development while supporting external sales teams. James has a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Plymouth, where they also served as a student representative.
