Javier Matos has extensive experience in customer support and aviation maintenance, currently serving as Manager of Customer Support Management at Leonardo since April 1998. In various roles, Matos has overseen the management of new aircraft fleets for government clients, developed strong relationships with over 40 customers across Latin America, and supported the introduction of key helicopter models. Prior to this, Matos worked with the Venezuelan Army Aviation as Maintenance Manager, handling operations for Agusta A109AM aircraft and coordinating maintenance activities. Matos holds an A&P Certificate from the American Airman and is a graduate of the Venezuelan Air Force Technical Officers Academy.
