Lawrence Aleman

Lawrence Aleman, MBA, is currently the Director of Finance at Leonardo, where they serve as CFO for the startup business Leonardo US Automation. Previously, they held significant positions at Ford Motor Company, including Ford Credit Pricing Manager and Captive Insurance Finance Manager, where they contributed to substantial revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements. Lawrence's experience also includes leadership roles at Elbit Systems of America, where they directed financial due diligence processes and led teams in streamlining operations and enhancing profitability. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rice University and have an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
