Lee Damon has extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the aerospace sector. Since July 1998, Lee has served as a Supply Chain Engineer at AgustaWestland, overseeing the supply of composite and 3D printed components while ensuring compliance with the Supplier Quality system. Previous roles at AgustaWestland include Manufacturing Process Engineer, where Lee led critical projects such as the technical handover of the Apache Stabilator from Boeing and the manufacturing processes for various helicopter components. Prior experience includes serving as an NC Programmer at Westminster Engineering Ltd from September 1988 to July 1998, focusing on programming for milling machines and lathes. Lee holds two HNC degrees in Mechanical Engineering from University Centre Yeovil.
