With approximately 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including 26 years in production and industrial engineering roles, Lee has spearheaded technology transfer initiatives to enhance PCB assembly and rework technologies, achieving compliance with IPC standards. They are currently engaged in a similar technology transfer project in KSA focused on electro-mechanical repair and maintenance of PCBs.
