Prior to that, Luca worked as a Program Manager at Leonardo from November 2008 to September 2017, focusing on major programs and risk assessment for both domestic and international defense projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Ericsson, specializing in system integration for major telecommunications companies in Italy. Luca holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Luiss Business School and dual Engineer's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
