Marco Baroni

Marco Baroni is a Project Engineering Manager at Leonardo SpA, where they have overseen various projects, including the FLORIS payload for the ESA FLEX mission and the CHEOPS telescope for the ESA CHEOPS mission since 2015. Previously, they worked as a System Engineer at Selex ES from 2008 to 2014, contributing to multiple space missions, including the "Bepi Colombo" ESA mission. Marco also served as a Post-graduate Researcher at the University of Florence from 2006 to 2008, focusing on safety-critical real-time embedded software. They earned a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence, where they studied from 1998 to 2005.
