Mark Neasham

Mark Neasham is the Head of Capability at Leonardo, where they manage the investment in the Integrated Mission Solutions product portfolio and lead technological innovation in Electronic Warfare. A Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in management and communications technology, they previously held roles such as Capability Manager and Project Engineering Manager at Leonardo, focusing on mission support and threat vulnerability analysis. Mark also served as an Electronic Warfare Specialist for the UK Ministry of Defence, contributing to the assessment of airborne Electronic Warfare systems. They hold multiple degrees in Military Electronic Systems Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Cranfield University.
