Martyn Paramore has extensive experience in planning and risk management, having held various senior roles across notable companies. At Lockheed Martin from June 2011 to August 2012, Martyn served as Senior Planner/Risk Manager and Enterprise Risk Manager, among other titles, leading planning and risk initiatives for special projects. Martyn transitioned to BAE Systems as a Program Planner from April 2007 to June 2011 before joining Turner & Townsend in July 2022 as Project Director, focusing on risk management for infrastructure projects in the South East region. Currently, Martyn is the Programme Controls Manager at Leonardo since March 2025.
