Mason Fenlon has 36 years of experience in the RAF as an Air Defence Navigator, complemented by extensive staff tour experience in Defence Equipment Procurement and Programmes. They served five years with NATO, including a role as a Special Adviser to the CMC, and their final tour was as the Head of Defence Intelligence - Capability Assessment Air & Space from 2011 to 2020. Currently, Mason is the Head of Operational Capability at Leonardo, having previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Saab UK. They earned a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London.
