Massimo Farinelli

Massimo Farinelli is currently the Head of Business Process Outsourcing BPO at Leonardo, where they oversee the management of outsourcing services, including recent contracts with the municipalities of Naples and Bari. Previously, they held various senior roles in multiple companies, notably leading BPO services at Selex ES SpA, where they secured and renewed major contracts for municipal services. Massimo also has a rich history in technology and engineering, having contributed to significant improvements in service quality and operational efficiency across several organizations. They earned a diploma in Electronic Engineering from ITIS Severi.
