Massimo Roberto Racca

Massimo Roberto Racca is a seasoned flight test engineer currently working in the Aircraft Division at Leonardo, where they are responsible for air-vehicle technology and lead the TCVE & SYS Flight Test Engineering team. They have extensive experience in conducting and reporting ground and flight test activities for various aircraft, including trainers and unmanned aerial systems. Prior to their role at Leonardo, they contributed to flight testing and evaluation at Alenia for over a decade, and they hold a Laurea in Ingegneria Aerospaziale from Politecnico di Torino, along with completing a short course in Operational Test and Evaluation at the National Test Pilot School. Massimo continues their education in aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
