Matthew Gynane is an Industrial Architect at Leonardo, where they are currently driving Operations Capability in the Aerospace & Defense industry. With over 20 years of experience, Matthew has worked in various operations roles across both small and large multinational organizations, including positions as a Manufacturing Engineer and Production Engineer at Thales and Nemco Limited, respectively. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from The University of Sheffield and are trained as a SAFe Product Owner, focusing on long-term strategies for Operations Transformation.
