Maya Plata

Maya Plata is an accomplished professional in event marketing and communications with extensive experience in various sectors including architecture, sustainability, and cultural initiatives. Currently serving in an event marketing role at Leonardo since July 2023, Maya co-founded and directs Open House Milano, a prominent architectural event that promotes public access to significant buildings. Additional experience includes working as a communications consultant from January 2014 to July 2023 and serving as Marketing and Communication Coordinator for the Planet Life Economy Foundation, overseeing projects related to EXPO 2015. Past roles also include positions at Edizioni DM Srl as Event Manager and Responsable EDMSTORE, and various event and communication roles at ALLEA, Gruppo Aretè, Fondazione DNArt, and Orietta Colacicco. Maya holds a Bachelor of Economy in Management of Cultural Goods from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a classical high school qualification from Liceo Classico Giovanni Berchet.
