Michael Hannant is currently the Supportability Engineering - Airborne AESA Radar Sector Lead at Leonardo. They previously served as a Program Quality Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on mission assurance for nuclear submarine programs. Prior to that, Michael was an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Qantas, where they managed maintenance tasks on major aircraft fleets and led initiatives to improve tooling and spares. They also gained experience as a Maintenance Services Engineer at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, providing international support for in-flight entertainment systems. Michael holds degrees in Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Kingston University and Newcastle Aviation Academy, respectively.
