Michael Lees serves as the Head of Manufacturing Process Capability for the UK Electronics Division of Leonardo UK Ltd since March 2004, overseeing critical manufacturing processes. Previously, Michael held positions including Head of Quality for the Radar & Advanced Targeting Line of Business, Programme’s Engineering Manager within a Core Delivery Team focused on engineering capabilities, and Production Programme Manager with a specialization in early design lead-in and high-complexity product production. Prior to Leonardo, Michael gained experience at BAE Systems as a Principal Production Engineer and a Senior Quality Engineer. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's Degree with Black Belt Six Sigma from Burge Hughes & Walsh and a Bachelor's Degree in Total Quality Management from Heriot-Watt University.
