Paul Thomson is a Project Engineering Lead at Leonardo and an optical engineer specializing in the design of infrared laser and imaging systems. They have extensive experience in optical design, analysis, and testing techniques, successfully guiding products from initial design to steady state production. Previously, Paul served as a Junior Academy Manager and Head of Youth at Heart of Midlothian FC from 2014 to 2017. They earned a BSc Hons in Physics from the University of Dundee in 2008.
