Radzi Buckman

Radzi Buckman, MBA, serves as the Vice President and Country Director for the USA, United Nations, and Colombia at Leonardo, overseeing strategic coordination and commercial operations in the US since 2017. Prior to this role, Buckman held the position of Vice President for the Helicopter Division, focusing on international government sales across the Americas. Buckman’s experience includes serving as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Selex ES Inc., where responsibility encompassed FAA-related marketing and business strategies, and as Regional Marketing Manager for emerging markets. Early professional experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Albawardi Group of Companies and Regional Manager at the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Buckman holds an Executive MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Business and Information Technology from Monash University.
