Ray Coleman

Ray Coleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military training, leadership development, and higher education. Currently serving as a Production Specialist at Leonardo since March 2020, Ray previously held various roles at the United States Naval Academy from June 2016 to December 2019, including Ethics and Moral Reasoning Instructor, Adjunct Professor, and Director of Brigade Battalion Officer, overseeing the development of 750 college-aged midshipmen. Ray's background also includes significant leadership positions in the United States Navy and Marine Corps, such as Commanding Officer of Helicopter Training Squadron Eighteen and Project Manager in the Program Management Office. With a Master's degree in Homeland Security from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University, Ray continues to enhance professional skills through ongoing education at the Center for Creative Leadership.
