Ray Rawbone is currently the Head of Training Operations (UK) at Leonardo Helicopters. They previously served as the Simulation, Learning & Support Systems Manager, leading the development and support of UK Training capability from 2018 to 2022. Ray's experience also includes serving as the Programme Manager for Training Equipment and as Deputy Programme Manager for Wildcat Training Equipment at AgustaWestland from 2012 to 2018. They hold a B.Eng in Aeronautical Engineering from Salford University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997.
