Richard Bean

Richard Bean is a dedicated ILS Manager at Leonardo since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in Integrated Logistics Support and engineering support solutions. With a career spanning over 30 years, Richard has served as Managing Director at Celtic Tech Ltd, overseeing mechanical engineering and safety-focused project management in aviation and offshore engineering. Previous roles include ILS Engineer at TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Engineering Manager at Allyance Ltd, where Richard contributed to maritime maintenance documentation. Richard has also held positions such as Aircraft Manager and Maintenance Coordinator at Leonardo and Morson Talent, respectively. Earlier in Richard's career, significant experience was gained in the Royal Navy as Mechanical Supervisor for Rolls Royce engines, managing teams and ensuring the operational readiness of aircraft. Educational qualifications include a BTEC Level 5 in Business Administration and Management.
