Rob Morton

Rob Morton is a highly motivated professional currently serving as a Senior Bids & Proposals Manager for the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) at Leonardo Helicopters. With experience in various roles including Commercial Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, Rob has successfully overseen the delivery and management of strategic bids and proposals aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of the UK Armed Forces. Rob earned an MBA from Cranfield University and has participated in an Executive MBA exchange program in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Additionally, Rob received the Graduate of the Year award in 2017 during their time in the Graduate Development Programme at Leonardo.
