Ross Herbert

Ross Herbert is a seasoned Chartered Mechanical Engineer, currently serving as the Materials and Processes Engineering Manager at Leonardo, where they oversee the engineering transformation strategy for Additive Manufacturing technology. They have previously held roles such as Principal Mechanical Engineer, focusing on additive manufacturing development, and Senior Mechanical Engineer for radar projects. Ross began their career as a Technical Apprentice at Selex ES and has also worked as a Mechanical Technician and I.T. Technician in different companies. They are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering at Edinburgh Napier University.
