Shane Hodgson

Shane Hodgson is a Service Transition Manager for the Leonardo Electronics Division, where they manage an agile software delivery program, acting as a key stakeholder between project management, third-party suppliers, and senior end users. Having previously held roles as a Principle Supportability Engineer focused on customer training and an IT Manager overseeing service delivery across multiple sites, Shane currently leads a team providing IT hardware and infrastructure services to a MOD customer. They possess extensive experience in service management, contract management, and technical oversight. Shane's career began in the Royal Corps of Signals, where they served from 1989 to 2007.
