Simon Gray

Simon Gray is an experienced software architect with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Lead Software Architect at Leonardo since August 2019, Simon previously held the role of Senior Software Solutions Architect at HCL Technologies from September 2011 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leading a large embedded software project with over 100 engineers. Prior to HCL, Simon worked at Xerox for more than 12 years in various roles, including Principal Software Architect, focusing on technical oversight of software development across numerous products and leading a major embedded Linux project. Simon's career also includes significant contributions at Motorola, Rank Xerox, and Hunting Engineering, demonstrating expertise in embedded systems, software architecture, image processing, and technical leadership in the automotive and industrial sectors.
