Simon Martyr is a senior sales executive with over 25 years of experience in sales and business development within the defence and security sectors. They have held various leadership roles, including Head of UK Sales at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) and Integrated Campaign Team Lead at Leonardo, demonstrating a proven track record in developing strong customer relationships in complex environments across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Previously, Simon served as Managing Director at Primetake Limited and CEO at Greys Group Limited, overseeing substantial sales growth and team management. They graduated with a BSc Hons in Geography from the University of Bristol and completed the Standard Graduate Course at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
