Stefano Bertini is the Head of EMC/E3 at Leonardo Helicopters Division, where they currently lead the E3 Discipline on a global scale. With extensive experience in the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries, they have a strong background in Applied Electromagnetic problem solving, particularly in Radar Cross Section and Antenna Cosite Analysis. Prior to their current role, they served as a Compliance Verification Engineer focusing on EMC, HIRF, and Lightning at Leonardo, and as a Senior Applied Electromagnetics Engineer at IDS Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A. Stefano holds a Ph.D. in Information Engineering and a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, both from Università di Pisa.
