Stefano M. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director for the Defence Business at Leonardo since January 2017, overseeing the financial operations of various lines of business and facilitating the group's transition to SAP S/4HANA. Previously, Stefano held various finance leadership roles, including Head of Finance for Electronic Equipment & Communications, Avionic Equipment & Electronics, and Commercial Electronics at Sirio Panel S.p.A. from 1997 until its merger into Leonardo Spa. During that time, Stefano also served as CFO, leading the financial integration following the merger. Earlier in the career, Stefano worked as an Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, and Consultant at an accounting and tax firm from 1994 to 1997. Stefano holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
