Stephen Connor is an Engineering Capability Lead at Leonardo since February 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME) where Stephen held various positions including SO2 Pers Ops Soldiers and SO2 Engineering Management. Stephen also has a background as an Officer Commanding Light Aid Detachment at the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and various other roles within the REME. With a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of South Wales, Stephen has a wealth of experience in engineering and personnel management throughout their career.
