Terry Eichman

Terry Eichman is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as Customer Support & Training Project Manager and Head of Training Operations at Leonardo since October 2018. Previously, Terry held roles at Bell Flight, providing logistics support to the Government of Iraq, and at Airbus Helicopters, Inc., leading training and development efforts that enhanced strategic market positioning. With a robust background at Sikorsky, Terry managed various military and international programs, demonstrating leadership in product development and support programs. Terry's extensive experience began at Bell Helicopter, where a focus on business development and joint ventures solidified long-term growth strategies. Terry holds a Master of Science in Applied Business Analytics from American Military University and a Masters Certification in Advanced Project Management from Villanova University.
