Tom Hayward

Tom Hayward is a seasoned Information and Cyber Security Specialist with extensive experience in security and risk management, honed through roles in both the Defence and Critical National Infrastructure sectors. Having served nearly a decade in the UK's Intelligence Corps, Tom developed strong communication and leadership skills, leading teams to assess cyber vulnerabilities and risks. Currently a Senior Cyber Security Consultant at Leonardo, Tom focuses on stakeholder management and compliance within high-stakes environments. Tom has achieved qualifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and is pursuing further certifications in ISO 27001. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Huddersfield.
