Wayne Smith is a seasoned Marketing and Sales Director with extensive experience in both the defense and financial sectors. They have held significant roles at Leonardo, including VP Sales Radar and Advanced Targeting from 2023 to 2024, and Acting VP Sales ISP from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their tenure at Leonardo, Wayne worked at Morgan Stanley in Operational Risk and served at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Fast Jet Qualified Weapons Instructor from 1997 to 2012. Wayne holds an MBA with Distinction from Edinburgh Business School and a First Class BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
