Wes Mowat is a Chief Software Engineer and Certified SAFE 5.0 Program Consultant with extensive experience in software development and engineering management at Leonardo. Starting as a Trainee Professional Engineer, Wes progressed to roles such as Graduate Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer, focusing on various radar and missile systems. In the latter part of their career, Wes served as a Software Development Manager while also leading software development activities for significant projects such as the ECRS MKII Radar system. Wes holds a BEng (Hons) in Software Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University and continues to enhance their expertise through ongoing professional development.
